Poll: Are you doing more buy-to-let than last year?

The return of the first-time buyer, boosted by government schemes likes Help to Buy, was supposed to be signal a downturn in the buy-to-let market as renters made the leap into homes of their own.
However, figures released by the Council of Mortgage Lenders show the total number of buy-to-let advances completed in January totalled 15,700. This figure is 8% higher than the previous month and 37% up on the start of 2013.
The latest Mortgage Solutions People’s Poll asks mortgage brokers whether the number of buy-to-let cases they’re completing has risen in the past year.
The results will be published as part of our buy-to-let week which begins on Mortgage Solutions on Monday.
