This week’s Star Letter goes to: Second charge and bridging sourcing system launches
The word is that second charges could come down to rates as low as 2% after MCD.
That is really good news of course, but will provide us with some very real headaches when re-mortgaging, as we have to prove that we have considered seconds instead of consolidation into the new mortgage…
