Scottish Life Mortgages (SLM) is boosting its Triangle Solution network proposition, with the addition of commercial and international mortgages to its panel of products.
The products, available to brokers by the end of August, will complement the SLM Mortgage Club, which gives advisers access to products from 11 lenders.
Steve Scholes, director of SLM, said: ‘The usual option for borrowers looking for a mortgage on property overseas is to secure the mortgage on a domestic property. By adding Conti Financial Services to the panel, the advantage is borrowers do not have to dig into the equity of their own home, unless they want to raise a deposit out of the equity.’
Details of the commercial provider are yet to be announced.
