The Mortgage Administrator Academy is a new, industry-first professional development programme designed to elevate, professionalise and future-proof the role of the mortgage administrator within the UK intermediary market.

Created for ambitious, high-performing administrators, the Academy is a structured learning journey that recognises the increasingly critical role administrators play in the success, efficiency and scalability of adviser businesses.

More than a training course or webinar series, the Academy is an exclusive, cohort-based programme that brings together industry insight, live learning, peer collaboration and formal recognition within a defined development pathway.

What the programme includes

Participants accepted onto the Academy will take part in a multi-module programme combining:

  • Training that will be accredited for CPD purposes and accompanied by a CPD completion certification endorsed by LIBF, Part of the Walbrook Institute London
  • A series of live and virtual learning experiences
  • Industry-led insight, practical best practice and market expertise
  • A structured progression pathway culminating in formal recognition at a dedicated graduation event

The Academy has been developed to address a clear gap in the market. While mortgage administrators are central to delivering outstanding client outcomes and supporting adviser performance, opportunities for structured career development within the role remain limited.

This programme is designed to change that – repositioning mortgage administration as a skilled, respected and career-driven profession at the heart of the advice process.
