Mortgage Times along with E1 Finance have arranged an additional £75 commission for brokers who have clients applying for commercial finance- in addition to the usual fee sharing arrangements.

The scheme works on applications received in until the 31 December 2008.

Mike Pollard, director of underwriting E1 Finance, said it was important to help brokers earn fees and do what it could to encourage them to seek out clients who need help. He explained: “With the additional fee payment brokers can earn very satisfactory remuneration and retain happy clients’.

Richard Stokes, director of product & provider development at Mortgage Times, said it had arranged exclusives for brokers before with E1 and had always been successful in highlighting additional income opportunities and encouraging activity. He added: “Brokers need to make the best use of their client banks and to help their clients receive best advice. Mortgage Times brokers have access to expert underwriters at E1 to talk through potential cases and provide indicative terms.”
