Vision, the network proposition from Mortgage Times, has announced a series of system enhancements will be launched on 1 March, which it claims will bring to an end its recent commission issues.

In a note sent out to intermediaries, Chris May, director of Vision, apologised for the delays in commission payments and emphasised the whole of the board were committed to clearing the backlog as soon as possible.

He explained the firm has been piloting its new commission systems with a select number of appointed representatives (ARs), and will continue fine tuning the system before a full rollout in March.

New benefits that will be launched in March will include an online commissions system with customised invoices, automated commissions payment with no claim process, an Auto Claim facility, removing the need for intermediaries to claim their fees, an enhancement to current procuration fee levels, an integrated conveyancing system at the point of submission and a management information module with case tracking.

May concluded: “We would like to sincerely apologise for any hardship caused during these difficult times and hope the new system developments can be beneficial to all your businesses.”
