Mortgage Brain rolls out new version of the Key
Mortgage sourcing system Mortgage Brain has rolled out a new version of the Key, its business management, sales and compliance software system.
Key version 3 enables brokers to track concurrent sales and contain separate cases for each sale. They can put together compliance documentation and mortgage and general insurance (GI) application forms for a particular case in one electronic file.
Other features including enhanced compliance monitoring, improved lead management functionalities and customisable column displays have been introduced. A redesigned workflow task configuration and integrated mortgage, insurance and term product links have also been included to help increase revenue streams.
Mark Lofthouse, chief executive of the Key, said the system had been designed to enhance usability and functionality.
He added: “The overall user experience has been improved to enable brokers to efficiently control and manage the mortgage application process.”
