Email Mortgages launches IFA referral service
Email Mortgages has developed a referral service for IFAs who do not offer a mortgage advice arm.
The Email IFA referral service is aimed at advisers who are looking for a mortgage intermediary to deliver a service. It allows the, to pass their clients to the brokerage for mortgage advice.
Once the introduction is made, clients are taken through the mortgage advice process online via email through Email Mortgages’ advisers. IFAs will be provided with up-to-date information over the progress of cases.
Michael White, chief executive of Email Mortgages, commented: “We are aware that significant numbers of IFAs do not currently provide mortgage advice through their firms and many are looking for professional partners to ensure they can service this increase in mortgage enquiries and maintain a full holistic service to their clients.
