The latest figures from the Association of Bridging Professionals revealed that West One Loans also came second for the size of deals completed, making 25.5% of total bridging cases in terms of loan size in January.

Duncan Kreeger, chairman of West One Loans, said: “West One Loans is currently experiencing rapid growth. As well as increasing numbers of new brokers being attracted to us, we are seeing a lot of repeat business.

“We are confident that we will soon top the table for size of loans completed, being one of only a small number of lenders who have the ability to lend over £1m to borrowers.”
