City-based mortgage adviser Coreco Group has signed an introducer referral agreement with London estate agents, Stirling Ackroyd.

Stirling Ackroyd has seven offices, five in London at Bankside, Clerkenwell, Shoreditch, Hackney, Hampstead/St Johns Wood and two overseas.

With another office planned in London in the near future, this compliments Coreco’s existing relationships and typical client demographic, said the adviser.

Matt Lowndes, managing director, Coreco said: “We are delighted to be able to announce this relationship which enhances our growing reputation as the go to brokers for mid to high net worth estate agents in London. Having built our business on the excellence of our brokers, superior service and the strength of our brand, the partners that we work with share the same high standards and ethos.”

“We now have an excellent mix of estate agency and corporate introducers to compliment the growing level of enquiries that are coming from our marketing, PR and Social Media related activities.”

Simon Boulton, head of residential sales, Stirling Ackroyd said: “In a challenging lending environment, the ability to utilise the professionalism of an independent mortgage broker is of utmost importance. We took our time to make sure we selected the right partner and we have been impressed by the professionalism, enthusiasm and technological back up that Coreco brings to the table. For us, Coreco really are the best choice in London for our applicants and their brand reflects the aspirations of our clients.”

Coreco has signed referral deals with estate agents including Douglas & Gordon, James Pendleton, Anscombe & Ringland and a corporate introducer among others in recent months.

“We are continuing our successful model of choosing to work with partners who match our brand ethos, rather than just embarking on a catch all basis that can confuse the message,” said Coreco’s communications director Andrew Montlake.

We will announce further partnerships in due course, he added.
