ING Direct to raise 11 mortgage rates

ING Direct is to raise the rates on 11 of its fixed and tracker mortgage products from Friday.

The lender will raise rates by 0.2% on a trio of two-year fixed rate deals. ING’s 60% LTV offer will increase to 3.84%, the 75% LTV will move up to 4.04% and the 80% LTV will rise to 4.30%.

ING’s two-year tracker rates will also increase by the same amount, its 60% LTV will rise to 3.64% and the 80% will move up to 3.84%.

Five-year fixed rate deals will also change, with the bank’s five-year fixed rate offerings at 60%, 75% and 80% LTV will increase to 4.54%, 4.64% and 4.94% respectively.

Three lifetime trackers will also increase by 0.25%, the 60% LTV rising to 4.04%, its 75% LTV increasing to 4.34% and the 80% LTV deal increasing to 4.44%.
