Accord launches 7-day 1.99% rate
Accord Mortgages has launched a seven day promotion, offering eight products with rates starting from 1.99%.
The residential mortgages went on sale today (Thursday) and will be available until 8pm on Friday, 28 June.
The range includes a three year offset mortgage which is a new addition to Accord’s current product range.
The mortgages, which all carry a £1,845 product fee, are:
• 1.99% two year, 75% loan to value (LTV) and 2.19% offset equivalent
• 2.14% three year, 75% LTV and 2.34% offset equivalent
• 2.24% two year, 80% LTV and 2.44% offset equivalent
• 2.39% three year, 80% LTV and 2.59% offset equivalent
