Paradigm is the eighth firm to join Fleet Mortgages’ distributor panel. The lender will open up its distribution further in the coming weeks with a number of new distributors lined up to join the panel.

Fleet Mortgages launched at the end of 2014 and lends exclusively through the intermediary sector.

Member firms of Paradigm will now be able to access Fleet Mortgages’ range of products, many of which are tailored towards experienced landlords and property investors.

Fleet Mortgages lends mainstream, as well as limited company vehicle buy-to-let and the purchase or remortgage of houses in multiple occupation (HMO).
