Marsden Building Society has added two products to its buy-to-let mortgage range.

The society has expanded its range to include a two-year fixed rate at 75% loan-to-value (LTV) priced at 2.79% with an arrangement fee of £1,995.

It has also added a two-year discount buy-to-let mortgage up to 75% LTV priced at 2.85% until 31 January 2018 with an arrangement fee of £995.

Both products revert to the buy-to-let mortgage standard variable rate currently set at 6.1%.

There are a number of benefits available to borrowers with both products including free standard valuation for properties and fees-assisted remortgage legals available for properties valued up to £500,000 when using the Marsden’s nominated legal firm. All products are fully portable and offer the borrower the chance to make 5% annual over payments and require rental cover of 125%.

Both products are available to semi-exclusive partners with a net procuration fee of 0.50%. The maximum proc. fee payable is £1,750.
