Brokers will now have access to the lender’s products, as well as those of its offshoot, The Family Building Society, through TFC.

Cammy Amaira, head of intermediary sales at National Counties Building Society, said the building society was looking forward to helping brokers and their clients through TFC, as it shared the commitment to finding lending solutions for those who fall outside of the mainstream lending criteria.

Nigel Payne (pictured), managing director of TFC Homeloans, praised the building societies’ ‘innovative’ range of buy-to-let and specialist residential products, as well as offering mortgages designed to enable families to help each other onto the property ladder.
