Cloud-based software system LenderGateway, which launched last September, has signed its first three lenders.

Precise Mortgages, Shawbrook Bank and Together have all signed up the software created by APAC Systems and led by Trigold founder Peter Heigho.

The system will enable direct submission from brokers and promises to provide ‘truly end-to-end sourcing, case management and a submission system with no rekeying required from initial client enquiry.’

Heigho said the first three lenders to sign up “all understand the important role technology plays in the mortgage market.”

LenderGateway is claimed to be the ‘most advanced and reliable broker software in the UK today’ and covers first charge, second charge, buy-to-let, bridging and commercial finance.

Maeve Ward, sales and operations director at Shawbrook Bank, said LenderGateway is “a one-stop-shop for sourcing, decisioning, processing and updating in real time.”
