PMS adds Vida Homeloans to panel
PMS Mortgage Club has added specialist lender Vida Homeloans to its panel.
The agreement will make Vida’s range of residential and buy to let mortgages available to PMS members.
PMS head of relationship management Jane Benjamin (pictured) said she was pleased with the arrangement.
“Their range of specialist lending solutions for residential and buy to let customers provides our members with another option for those people who may not fit the usual criteria of high street lenders.
“The fact that advisers have direct access to experienced underwriting decision makers will also be welcomed by our members,” she said.
Vida Homeloans director of sales – mortgages Louisa Sedgwick added: “We are really excited to be working with PMS Mortgage Club and believe that our specialist residential and buy to let product ranges will prove popular with PMS members.”
