In the third part of our series on MortgageApply, the Twenty7Tec ‘one-touch’ software, Peter Brodnicki CEO at Mortgage Advice Bureau and Twenty7Tec MD James Tucker discuss the progress of their approach to creating lender relationships through software which aims to offer straight-through mortgage processing.

Brodnicki said: “Intermediaries are writing a lot of business and are demanding more engagement. Lenders are starting to sit up and listen to the fact that their proposition is not just products and service, but also having the best technology solutions.”
