The Mortgage Lender reduces BTL rates

The Mortgage Lender has re-priced its five-year fixed cashback and fees assisted products.

Its rates start at 3.33 per cent for standard properties and 3.45 per cent for houses in multiple occupation (HMO).

Both products come with a free valuation and either free legal services for purchases or £500 cashback for remortgages.

The lender’s five-year cashback and assisted 80 per cent loan to value (LTV) product has been repriced, with a rate of 4.05 per cent. The product also comes with a free valuation and either free legal services for purchases  or £500 cashback for remortgages.

The Mortgage Lender has also launched a new five-year 70 per cent LTV high fee mortgage at a rate of 3.20 per cent. The product comes with a completion fee of £2,495.

Steve Griffiths, sales and product director at The Mortgage Lender, said it wanted to give borrowers access to straightforward products.
