The next stage of the partnership will focus on Dashly’s Lending Labs programme, which allows lenders to design data-driven mortgage products and distribute them more effectively.
The programme uses data to “make matching borrowers with tailored products more feasible”. This presents an opportunity for brokers, as they can engage clients earlier and advice on a wider range of options.
MAB has previously partnered Dashly’s Mortgage Monitoring platform, which monitors over half of all UK mortgages. It offers real-time data and actionable insights, helps brokers boost client engagements, improves retention and helps brokers give better-informed recommendations.
Dashly offers monitoring services, insights and opportunities to brokers, lenders, consumer sites and servicers. The platform aids broker lead generation and retention and gives lenders more visibility into borrower requirements.
Peter Brodnicki (pictured), MAB’s CEO, said: “This strategic investment in Dashly is the natural evolution of a partnership that has already delivered excellent results. Mortgage Monitoring has been one of several initiatives that have transformed engagement and retention for our brokers, and Lending Labs represents the next step in expanding our capabilities with data-driven, personalised solutions. In a market where data and technology are critical, Dashly is the ideal partner to help MAB stay at the forefront of lead generation and mortgage innovation.”
