Broker firm We Are Mortgages has extended its long-term partnership with Stonebridge to support the next phase of its growth.

The broker firm joined Stonebridge in 2018 and currently employs six advisers. We Are Mortgages aims to increase this to eight this month and to 11 by the end of the year.

We Are Mortgages stated that it was crucial for the network it chose to understand its growth plans and assist in achieving them.

The firm attributed Stonebridge’s supportive leadership, investment in technology and proactive approach to supporting growth to the reason it extended the partnership.

We Are Mortgages also acknowledged the network’s flexibility in allowing member firms to independently manage their businesses.

Rob Clifford, chief executive of Stonebridge, said: “We Are Mortgages quickly established itself as a highly dynamic and ambitious firm within the mortgage advisory sector. Jack and the team’s dedication to delivering outstanding client service aligns perfectly with our values and we are obviously delighted to have extended our partnership for the long term.

The senior leadership team is accessible and personable, the systems and technology are easy to use and, most importantly, we’ve always been supported to run our business in a way that works for us.
