He will be responsible for driving its commercial strategy, enhancing client partnerships and supporting the company’s growth plan.
Broadhurst brings over 20 years of experience in banking and financial services across traditional banking and fintech. He has spent the last decade in senior roles at a number of banks, gaining a knowledge of loan operations and lending services. He later began working in technology.
Broadhurst was most recently at banking software provider nCino, assisting clients including start-up neobanks and established high street lenders with complex technology change programmes and improved customer outcomes.
At Finova, he will build on the company’s market position and help clients work through changes in the sector.
Broadhurst said: “The lending market is continuing to evolve at pace, and right now, rapid changes are arriving all the time. Lenders are contending with new operational challenges on a daily basis, and I could not imagine a more exciting time to join a company like Finova.
