Rate cuts apply to its purchase-only products, including the Premier two-year fix at 60% LTV with an £899 fee, which has been reduced from 3.91% to 3.85%, and the standard option has gone down from 3.92% to 3.86%. Meanwhile, the fee-free offering has been lowered from 4.12% to 4.06%.
Further, Barclays has reduced the rate of a fee-free two-year fix at 95% LTV from 4.92% to 4.87%, and the equivalent five-year fix has been lowered from 4.87% to 4.82%.
Other changes include a five-year fix at 75% LTV with an £899 fee, which has been cut from 4.14% to 4.05%, and a five-year fix at 60% LTV with an £899 fee, which has fallen from 4.11% to 4.01%.
Barclays has also reduced pricing across some of its green home products.
Additionally, the bank has added a five-year fix at 80% LTV, which has no fee and a rate of 4.28%.

Accord Mortgages releases residential and BTL mortgages
Accord Mortgages has launched a range of residential and buy-to-let (BTL) mortgages, including first-time buyer options with £500 cashback.
The residential range includes a two-year fix at 90% LTV, available only to first-time buyers, with a rate of 4.51%. This has a £495 fee, £500 cashback and a free standard valuation.
There is also a three-year fixed remortgage at 75% LTV, priced at 4.26% down from 4.33%, with a £495 fee, free standard valuation and remortgage legal service. The range also includes a fee-free five-year fix for purchase at 85% LTV, with a rate of 4.51% down from 4.58%, which has £300 cashback and a free standard valuation.
Across its BTL range, there is a five-year fix at 60% LTV for house purchase, at 4.17% down from 4.21%, with a £1,995 fee and free standard valuation, and a two-year fixed remortgage at 75% LTV, priced at 4.35% down from 4.38%. The remortgage has a £995 fee, free standard valuation and remortgage legal service.
Lastly, there is a five-year fix at 60% LTV, also for remortgage, with a rate of 4.27% down from 4.31%, with a £995 fee, free standard valuation and remortgage legal service.
