Pick has 27 years of experience in financial services and was most recently at later life mortgage lender LiveMore for nearly two years, first as director of intermediary sales, then later as director of sales for equity release. There, he helped to develop its equity release proposition.
He has worked in both the lending and advice sectors, including roles at Aviva, Just Retirement, The Right Equity Release, LV=, Canada Life and More2life.
