Waterhouse will cover the West Midlands region and report to Sam Debenham, regional mortgages sales manager for the North.
Waterhouse was most recently a BDM at Landbay for around two years, and before that, he worked at Paragon Bank as a mortgage underwriter.
Debenham said: “We’re delighted to be welcoming back Sam to the Paragon team. With his recent experience out in the field along with his time here as an underwriter, Sam’s skills and experience will be instrumental in helping us further strengthen relationships with our intermediary partners across the region.”
