The changes came into effect on 12 March.
Within its core residential purchase and remortgage range, selected two- and five-year fixed rates from 65% to 85% loan to value (LTV) have risen by up to 0.1%.
Selected two- and five-year 90-95% LTV fixed rate products have increased by up to 0.19%.
On the core residential product transfer side, selected two- and five-year fixed rates from 65% to 85% LTV have risen by up to 0.1%.
Selected two- and five-year fixed rates from 90% to 95% LTV have increased by up to 0.19%.

Looking at its professional range, two- and five-year fixed rates from 65% to 95% LTV have jumped by up to 0.28%.
Two- and five-year newly qualified professional offerings at 65-95% LTV increased by up to 0.27%.
Within broker exclusive fixed range, selected two- and five-year purchase exclusive fixed rates from 85% to 95% LTV have been increased by up to 0.15%.
TSB reduces PT and additional borrowing rates
TSB is cutting all product transfer and additional borrowing rates by up to 0.2% from 13 March.
Two-year fixed product transfer rates will start from 3.99%, while five-year fixed rates will begin from 4.04%.
Additional borrowing rates will be priced from 4.34% for a two-year fixed rate and 4.39% for both a three-year fixed rate and five-year fixed rate.
Nationwide to increase new and existing business rates
Nationwide will increase a selection of new business and existing business rates from 13 March.
For new and existing members moving, two-, three-, five- and 10-year fixed rates will rise, with pricing beginning from 3.85%.
In its new business range, first-time buyer and remortgage two-, three-, five- and 10-year fixed rates will go up and start from 4.1% and 4.04%.
For new members moving, first-time buyer shared equity two- and five-year fixed rates will rise and start from 4.2%.
For existing members moving, shared equity two- and five-year fixed rates will start from 3.95%.
Two-, three-, five- and 10-year fixed additional borrowing rates will go up and start from 3.84%. Similar changes have been made to its switcher range.
