The partnership is intended to strengthen support for wellbeing and mental health in the mortgage sector by enlisting Claritee’s approach to corporate wellbeing. This includes alcohol-free events, inspirational talks and tailored workplace programmes aimed at improving mental health, resilience and team management.
Claritee helps individuals and organisations create a healthier, more inclusive work environment through initiatives that prioritise mental and physical wellbeing. This includes giving employees tools and resources to manage workplace pressures while encouraging positive, high-performing cultures.
The partnership will give MIMHC signatories and members access to Claritee’s initiatives, supporting firms in going beyond awareness towards proactive change.
Jason Berry, co-founder of the MIMHC, said: “This partnership represents a natural alignment of purpose. At MIMHC, we are committed to driving real, lasting change in how mental health is understood and supported across our industry. Claritee’s approach is refreshing, practical, and impactful – helping companies create environments where people can thrive, not just cope.
“Together, we will accelerate progress and provide a bespoke toolkit, which firms can use to support their people in a proactive and meaningful way. I very much look forward to working with Alex and his team.”

“By working with MIMHC, we have an opportunity to bring our approach to a wider audience and help drive genuine, proactive change across the sector.”
The MIMHC and Claritee will launch joint initiatives over the coming months, including industry events, educational sessions and practical wellbeing resources tailored to the mortgage sector.
