Gemma Davies has joined as BDM for the Central West region, covering most of Wales, Shrewsbury, Birmingham and Coventry.
Paul Dodimead has become BDM for the East region, covering Norwich, Ipswich, Cambridge, Chelmsford, Colchester and Romford. He replaces James Burwood, who was recently promoted to national account manager.
Davies and Dodimead will both report to Phillip Pinson, regional sales manager for the North.
Davies has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage sector across banking, estate agencies and brokerages. She was most recently at Melton Building Society, where she progressed from a mortgage broker to a BDM.
Dodimead has worked in financial services for over 25 years, including senior BDM roles at Scottish Widows, Halifax and Coventry Building Society. He has also worked as a mortgage adviser, giving him an insight into both the intermediary and lending landscape.

Both will work closely with brokers in their regions, supporting them with specialist lending solutions, complex case enquiries and education around Kensington Mortgages’ products.
