Joining the company on 1 July 2026, Jacobs brings more than 25 years of experience across financial services.
He is described as having built an extensive reputation for developing strategic partnerships and driving commercial growth.
In his new role, Jacobs will lead the development and growth of strategic relationships across key sectors of the UK housing market. This includes national and regional housebuilders, new-build developers, estate agency partnerships, the second-hand property market and strategic introducer relationships.
The Mortgage Store also said he is widely recognised and respected across the mortgage, new-build and housing sectors.
It added that he brings significant expertise in creating strategic partnerships that deliver long-term value for customers, businesses and stakeholders.
