His role will focus upon driving new initiatives and partnerships for Omni Protect, while delivering improved customer outcomes through stronger adviser and provider partnerships.
Previously head of protection distribution at HSBC Life and with a total tenure of more than three decades, Waters has held a number of senior sales, product management, and operational roles, working across the lending, protection, and health sectors.
