The £175 All in One Remo product is available exclusively through the firm’s recently launched Broker Conveyancing Hub and is supported by ONP Solicitors.
The product replaces Broker Conveyancing’s previous fixed-price remortgage offering, following what the firm described as strong demand for a clearer and more streamlined remortgage quoting process.
The package includes the legal fee, up to two ID and bankruptcy checks, a telegraphic transfer fee, Land Registry fee up to £30, final search fee, search indemnity cover and official copies of documents.
Brokers can add their own referral fee of up to £300 and select additional services, including buy-to-let (BTL) and Help to Buy options, at the quote stage.
