The programme was launched in 2024 and focuses on helping appointed representative (AR) firms find new advisers to recruit.
The Stonebridge team is currently handling 130 vacancies across its AR firms, enabling them to expand without costly third-party recruitment agency fees.
The network said Tee was well-suited to the role, having previously been a CeMAP-qualified mortgage and protection adviser. She joined the financial services sector in the insurance space over a decade ago and has also worked for Visionary Finance and Nationwide.
Stonebridge said this equipped her to know what business principals sought when recruiting and how each candidate would vary depending on an AR firm’s business model.
Tee (pictured) said: “The right advice at the right time can genuinely change outcomes for customers, and I’ve seen first-hand how the best advisers achieve that.

“Stonebridge stood out because of its reputation in the market, and I’m going to be able to bring together everything I’ve learned to help strengthen its adviser community.
“It felt like a natural step. Stonebridge has enormous reach, and recruiting advisers isn’t easy. The most experienced of them are hard to find, and there’s so much more to finding the right fit for a candidate and an AR than just qualifications.”
Rob Clifford, chief executive of Stonebridge, added: “The internal recruitment service is provided to our members with all costs met by the network, so not only do our AR firms avoid pricey recruitment agency fees, but they also get experienced individuals, employed by Stonebridge, recruiting advisers for them.
“Hannah has been there and done it, and she’s a fantastic addition to the team.”
A mortgage network league table compiled by Network Consulting showed Stonebridge enjoyed notable growth, adding 29 AR firms to the network over the year to date.
