The platform has been designed to be a ‘one-screen’ solution for advisers.
This will allow brokers to stay on one connected platform for client and case management, mortgage sourcing, document management, workflow tools and compliance, rather than moving between systems.
The technology is built around QDEX’s core rules engine, the technology behind its mortgage sourcing platform that powers its mortgage eligibility and affordability functions.
QDEX said that instead of building a CRM and adding sourcing technology, it used its core rules engine and built the different workflows of a mortgage business around it.
The platform has been designed to support the whole client journey, from application through to completion.

The CRM has customisable dashboards, client and case management, mortgage sourcing, document processing, rate review capabilities and configurable compliance workflows.
The firm said building these workflows around the QDEX rules engine allowed for a connected experience that would reduce duplication and save brokers time.
Kem Kemal, CEO of QDEX, said: “When we started building QDEX CRM, our ambition was to create the one-screen solution for the mortgage industry.
“The QDEX rules engine is at the heart of the platform. Rather than building another CRM and bolting sourcing onto it, we’ve built the workflows brokers use every day around that core technology.”
He added: “For us, the future of mortgage technology isn’t about adding more systems. It’s about bringing the technology and workflows brokers already need together in one place. That’s the vision behind QDEX CRM, and we’re incredibly excited to start opening it up to the industry.”
