It recently received a £300m funding line with Lloyds to support the growth of Lendco’s buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage portfolio,
Furthermore, Lendco benefitted from a term-extension to its existing £250m bridging facility with NatWest.
Lendco described its current funding momentum as strong, following the successful completion of its seventh BTL securitisation in April; Atlas 2026-1 was the company’s largest ever securitisation.
