Pepper Advantage will rebrand as the Continuum Credit Group in January next year, an international credit management, technology, and financial services company.

This follows its separation from the Pepper Group and acquisition by J.C. Flowers and Co.

Pepper Advantage said it was entering a period of growth and investment, including the acquisition of Computershare Loan Services in the UK and the proposed acquisition of Dilosk and ICS Mortgages in Ireland.

Continuum will serve as a single identity for the group and its brands, including Dilosk, Harbour Credit and Zephyr Homeloans.

Its company credit management Prism platform, which manages over £2.5bn in assets under management and is on track to surpass £5bn this year, will be renamed ContinuumOS, and Pepper Advantage Ireland’s loan servicing business will become Engage Credit Ireland.

The group said the rebrand will reflect its evolution into a diversified organisation operating across the entire credit lifecycle. It currently manages around €75bn (£62bn) in assets and provides credit management, loan servicing, technology, data and analytics services to lenders, investors, banks, fintechs, and other financial institutions.

Under Continuum, the activities will be grouped into three divisions: credit management, credit access, and credit technology.

Fraser Gemmell, group CEO of Pepper Advantage, said: “The launch of Continuum will mark a defining point for our business.

“This will be more than just a new name. It will be a new identity that brings our capabilities across credit management, access and technology together in a clear and compelling way.”

He added: “While our name will change, our commitment to clients, customers and colleagues remains constant. Continuum will give us a stronger platform from which to invest, innovate, and build lasting value across our markets.”

The rebrand is subject to legal and regulatory approval and, if approved, will not affect customer arrangements, account terms or regulatory protections.
