Wilson joined LiveMore from pensions software provider Mantle, where she also served as chief commercial officer. She also held senior commercial and partnership roles at V7, GoCardless and Liberis.
Wilson’s directive at LiveMore involves shaping commercial and partnership strategy across sales, products, marketing and risk.
LiveMore said the appointment was one of three leadership appointments the lender is making, as it also aimed to evolve its proposition for borrowers aged 40 to 90-plus.
Leon Diamond, CEO and founder of LiveMore, said: “Our growth has been built on challenging the traditional approach to lending and working closely with partners to offer a better choice to borrowers. Danielle brings a strong track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships in fast-paced high-growth environments. Her experience will be invaluable as we look to develop new opportunities for the next phase of our growth.”
Diamond has previously called out the “narrow product silos” within the later life lending market. He questioned why later life borrowing was typically classed as specialist, as borrowers continue to live and work longer than previous generations.

Wilson (pictured) commented: “Having worked in the pensions sector, I’ve also seen first-hand some of the financial challenges people face as they approach retirement. Mortgage needs don’t stop at 50 or 60, yet the options available to many borrowers can become more limited as they get older. LiveMore is challenging that, with a broad range of solutions designed around customers’ changing needs.”
