Synaptic Systems, the software supplier to financial services intermediaries, has upgraded its research system, Product Research Professional (PRP).
The system now allows advisers to research, get comparative quotes and submit term assurance business in one application. Once advisers have researched the total market availability using the system’s filtering criteria to find the best product for their client, they can generate a full reasons why report to assist in compliance. PRP will then prepopulate the application form before sending it to the chosen provider.
Synaptic’s clients will be able to take advantage of the enhanced service using their November CD update.
