The One account
The One account has announced a series of managerial appointments.
Louis Kaszczak has been taken on as national partnership manager, while Paul Lloyd has been appointed to the new post of customer development director, and David Ramsbottom is the new marketing director.
Kaszczak will be responsible for managing The One account”s relationships with mortgage networks, national accounts and mortgage sourcing companies. Lloyd will be responsible for developing The One account”s products, processes and customer relationships. Ramsbottom will focus on new customer recruitment through the direct and intermediary channels as well as the development of The One account brand.
Skipton Building Society
Skipton Building Society has announced the appointment of Rachel Ramsden as its new head of marketing. Joining from Mortgage Trust, Ramsden previously spent eight years with Northern Rock before moving to a similar position with First Active. Here, after a promotion to head of marketing, she saw the company through two re-brands, to Britannic Money and then to The Mortgage Trust. Ramsden will be responsible for the Society”s marketing mix, across all communication channels.
