Royal Liver Assurance has bullishly announced the launch of its new IFA provider service, Progress, before it has even been completed.

The insurer has already presented the details of the e-only venture at conferences for press and other providers, despite having no launch date as yet. The ‘best-of-breed virtual company’ comprises component businesses that have agreements with Progress.

The Progress team are hoping that their in-depth market research, combined with the strength and security of the Royal Liver name will encourage IFA’s to take a chance on the project. The watchword of the entire service is efficiency – with the team emphasising their site’s straight through processing, consistent service, competitive rates and ability to speed price.

Milburn, IFA market manager at Progress, commented: “The products are standard in terms of those already on offer in the market, but we know that this is what the market wants.”
