Mortgage broker Private Finance has entered into a formal introducer agreement with national estate agency Strutt & Parker.

The firms operate largely at the top-end of the property and mortgage markets, and see this arrangement as a natural fit.

Strutt & Parker formerly had an arrangement with Chase de Vere Mortgage Management, but has lacked an introducer since the latter went into administration in March this year. A number of mortgage brokerages have competed to secure an introducer agreement with the agency in recent months.

“I am delighted that Strutt & Parker has selected Private Finance as its recommended provider of mortgage advice to clients,” said Simon Checkley, managing director of Private Finance.

“We specialise in advising and arranging larger loans for professionals, senior business people and entrepreneurs.

“Strutt & Parker’s decision supports our aim to be the first choice for introducers and their clients seeking this type of advice and efficient arrangement of a
mortgage.”

“Private Finance provides just the type of service that we believe our customers want and deserve,” said Michael Fiddes, head of agency department at Strutt & Parker. “They have a great track record in securing the type of mortgages required for the property sector we deal in.”
