The two, three and four year fixed rate deals are all offered at 2.99% and available up to 65% LTV.
The two-year product comes with a £299 arrangement fee, the three-year with an £800 fee, and the four-year with a £1,400 fee.
It has also added a two-year buy-to-let capped tracker to its range.
The product is capped at 4.99% with a 3.49% bank base rate tracker until 30 September 2013. The deal includes a £250 booking fee and £800 arrangement fee.
Colin Franklin, managing director at Godiva Mortgages, said: “Our fixed rates comes with one great rate of 2.99% but a choice of two, three or four-year terms.
“Borrowers can take advantage of the current low rates but choose how long they lock in for.”
