Hinckley & Rugby Building Society has reintroduced its fee-free discount mortgage after pulling it off the market earlier this year.
The product is available at a rate of 3.49%, up to 75% LTV and offers a 2.15% discount off the SVR. Borrowers get a free valuation on properties below £1m.
Chris White, chief executive of Hinckley & Rugby said: “We are bringing back this popular mortgage in response to buyers who want a great rate without having to pay the hefty fees some lenders are charging.
“Buyers are increasingly looking for deals which tick all the boxes for them and our fee-free discount should be of wide appeal.”
