The lender made several changes to its buy-to-let (BTL) range last week and has followed this up with five more new products, available from today.
The lender launched a pair of two-year base rate tracker products, available up to 65% LTV. A 3.65% (BR + 3.15%) product is available with an arrangement fee of £1,249 with a 3.80% (BR + 3.30%) deal available with a £749 arrangement fee. A booking fee of £250 applies to all products.
The mutual has also changed three of its Flexx fixed rate products. A 4.25% rate product is now available with no arrangement fee, while rates of 3.75% and 3.99% are offered with £1,249 and £999 fees respectively.
All three products offer unlimited over payments with no charges and charge a £250 booking fee.
