Lloyds Bank reduces mortgage rates
Lloyds Bank will reduce rates across its range of two-year fixed rate mortgages up to 0.20% from tomorrow.

The new rates include:

• 3.34% with a £995 fee available up to 85% loan-to-value for remortgage customers with a Lloyds Bank current account
• 2.29% for homemovers with a Lloyds Bank current account up to 75% LTV with a £995 fee
• 3.39% for homemovers up to 85% LTV with a £995 fee or 3.19% for customers with a Lloyds Bank current account

Marc Page, mortgages director at Lloyds Bank, said: “Over the last two years more people have started to move up the ladder and it’s good news that the market is starting to move again.

“However even if you’re not looking to buy a new home it’s still a good time to see if you could save on your monthly repayments by remortgaging.

“Through these changes we’re introducing some competitive options for homeowners.”
