Personal Touch launches MMR-tailored factfind
Personal Touch Financial Services has launched its MMR-tailored factfind to help brokers deal with the complexities of the post-regulation client interview.

The online application has been rebuilt following consultations with members on the support they require to complete a longer more in-depth application and advice process.

Max Wright, chief executive of Personal Touch, described the quarter one roll out as a “significant piece of work for the network”.

“Brokers should not be thinking whether the lender needs the information they should be considering if they need the information to offer a full financial service,” he said.

He added: “It’s about collecting information about all aspects of the clients life so you can offer the client a full suite of products.

“It will allow brokers to identify new needs going forward to support a multi-discipline firm.”

Wright said from post-it notes stuck to a wall through to a working model the process of development has been 12 months in the making.

“It’s been a member-led process from start to finish,” said Wright.

Face-to-face training on the new factfind will take place until the end of May at training events at the PTFS headquarters and selected member locations.
