The Arrears Management System acts as a central hub connecting lenders with a variety of suppliers used within the arrears management process including asset managers, solicitors and field agent firms.

Niche is used exclusively in Northern Ireland by its clients to engage with customers who are more than 50 days in arrears.
The system supports the flow of instructions and returns independent management information which lenders can use to evaluate supplier performance.
