Axa joins current providers Amlin, Landlord’s Choice, RSA and Sentinel Landlord and Towergate.

The new product provides cover of up to £1m buildings sum insured, £60,000 contents sum insured and up to £2m property owners’ liability.

Automatic cover includes malicious damage to either the building or contents by tenants as well as theft by tenants. Landlord rent guarantee and home emergency cover is also available.
