Hamp joined the society earlier this year from Furness Building Society, where she served as CFO.
She has more than 15 years of experience in financial services and extensive expertise within the mutual sector.
A qualified chartered accountant and fellow of ICAS, Hamp was named CFO of the Year at the Women in Finance Awards in 2023.
