Fleet Mortgages, launching to the market in mid-November, is implementing a broker portal for online submission of mortgage applications. This will be fully integrated into an internal processing and servicing system for post-completion mortgage administration.
Fleet Mortgages is a new lender based in Fleet, Hampshire and is led by ex-CHL Mortgages boss Bob Young as chief executive officer.
It will lend exclusively through the intermediary sector initially offering buy-to-let mortgages for residential landlords as well as limited companies and those seeking finance for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs).
CEO Young (pictured), said: “There is an extremely talented team at DPR and already they have moved mountains in order to help us come to market within an incredibly short timescale. The work to deliver this market-leading, cutting-edge system is ongoing and we are fully confident we will have a system which ticks every box for both ourselves and all our stakeholders. We are currently in discussions with other third-party suppliers and we will shortly be announcing a number of new relationships, including our surveyor and solicitor panels.”
