Neil Hoare exits PTFS after job restructure
Neil Hoare, head of commercial relationships for Personal Touch Financial Services (PTFS), has left the company after a merging of sales and marketing roles replaced his position.

The new role, head of sales, will be filled by Mark Hebberd formerly of Aviva where he was responsible for running sales and national account teams and sales training teams.

In an internal communication to PTFS members David Carrington, sales and marketing director, said he wanted to thank Hoare (pictured) for his work with the network and providers and for his help in the delivery of the Mortgage Market Review.

“We wish him success with his future career plans,” added Carrington.

Other appointments within PTFS included Vikki Jefferies as mortgage proposition manager. She will be responsible for the mortgage proposition including buildings and contents and buy-to-let.

Senior protection manager, Charlotte Power, has taken on responsibility for Private Medical Insurance (PMI) and Accident Sickness and Unemployment (ASU) as well as her protection development role.

Jay Naylor has been promoted to a new role of senior marketing manager.

Chief executive Max Wright stepped down from his role in November to be a non-executive board member and will take on the role of chairman next year.
